My copper and verdigris turquoise coffee mugs are individually handmade and wheel-thrown chocolate brown stoneware. I hand carved the bottoms and hand painted the glaze to be reminiscent of the red Sedona, Arizona mountains and blue sky. The glaze is non-toxic and lead free. Drink your favorite wine, cocktail, juice, or coffee from a functional piece of ceramic pottery.

Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 13 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 10+ hours).

The photo shows the actual piece you will receive. Expect slight variations and perfect-imperfections, as each is made by hand.

In order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent (like Dawn).
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
The glaze is food safe and is non-toxic.
Ceramics should be treated with care, as it can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
