Once the clay was bone dry, I fired to bisque in my home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 8+ hours. Once the bisque firing was complete, the design was hand painted and bisque fired a second time. After the second firing, the final glazes were hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stoneware firing (another 8+ hours).

The photo shows the actual piece you will receive. Expect slight perfect-imperfections, as this piece is made by hand.

In order to prolong the glaze sheen and durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent, like Dawn.
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The glaze is lead-free, non-toxic and food safe.
Do not pour boiling water, as thermal shock could occur.
Ceramics should be handled with care, as they can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
