Sugar Skull Ceramic Coffee Mug, Handmade Stoneware Pottery Cup, Hand Painted with Black, Yellow, Orange, Turquoise - Ready to Ship

My handmade sugar skull pottery mugs make unique gifts for day of the dead, and any skull-lover. This mug is adorned with hand painted and hand drawn, orange and yellow marigold flowers on a turquoise blue background. My original sugar skull design screen printed on top. The design spills over into the mug, and continues on the bottom.

Each drink cup is individually handcrafted, hand carved, hand painted, and is a functional piece of ceramic pottery.

Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 8+ hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted (a few more hours), allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 8+ hours).

The photo shows the actual, one-of-a-kind piece you will receive. Expect slight variations and perfect-imperfections, as each is made by hand.

You can place on the top shelf of the dishwasher. However, in order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent (like Dawn).
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
The glaze is food safe, lead-free and non-toxic.
Ceramics should be treated with care, as it can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
