Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 9+ hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted with non-toxic glaze, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 9+ hours).

In order to prolong the glaze sheen and durability, I recommend hand-washing with mild detergent, like Dawn.
The bowls are dishwasher and microwave safe.
The glaze is lead-free, non-toxic, and food safe.
Do not pour boiling water, as thermal shock could occur.
Do not place in oven or on stove top.
I built these bowls with heavy, thicker bases, to help reduce the likelihood of your pet flipping over.
Ceramics should be handled with care, as they can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
