Pottery Trinket Bowl Nest, BoHo Handmade Pottery, Small Tea Bag Rest, Turquoise Patina, Yellow, Jewelry Ring Trinket Dish, Condiment Dish
This little nest will be right at home holding whatever treasure you wish to bestow upon it. My one-of-a-kind hand-built pinch bowl rests beautifully in the palm of your hand. The inside glaze is a turquoise patina teal, minty green with hints of rusty brown flair. The maize yellow on the outside cheerfully covers the hand-scraped clay texture. This sweet little bowl is 100% handmade and is functional ceramic earthenware pottery.
Approximate size: 4" x 3.125" x .75" tall, and .25" thick
I take raw clay and shape it and carve it intuitively by hand. Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 13 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 8-10 hours).
Each piece is 100% unique. The photo shows the actual piece you will receive.
In order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent. Dishwasher use is not recommended and do not microwave. The glaze is food safe. Ceramics should be treated with care, as it can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
