Real Leaf Imprint Ceramic Pottery Dish, Fruit Bowl, Serving Platter, Handmade Earthenware, Elephant Ear Leaf, Blue, Turquoise, Green, Brown
A real elephant ear leaf was used to imprint texture into wet clay on this of beautiful handmade earthenware serving bowl. This handmade ceramic pottery piece is perfect for use as an entry trinket bowl, fruit dish, or decorative home accent.
Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 13 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 6-7 hours).
Each piece is 100% unique. Available pieces are listed. The photo shows the actual piece you will receive.
In order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent. Dishwasher use is not recommended and do not microwave. The glaze is non-toxic. Due to the characteristic crackle glaze, liquids should not be stored in this piece. Ceramics should be handled with care, as they can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
Bring some beautiful original artwork to your home with this unique pottery piece!
