My copper, turquoise, and tourmaline blue pottery pieces are individually handmade and wheel-thrown functional stoneware. The earthy glaze is non-toxic and lead free. Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 13 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 10+ hours).
The photo shows the actual piece you will receive. Expect slight variations and perfect-imperfections, as each is made by hand.
In order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent (like Dawn).
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
The glaze is food safe and is non-toxic.
Ceramics should be treated with care, as it can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
