My handmade pottery pieces are unique and artistic expressions inspired by nature, animals, and graphic patterns and whimsy.
I use longhorn white clay and longhorn red clay to hand-build and slab build pieces in my small home studio. Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to cone 04 bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 13 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 7-12 hours).
Each piece is 100% unique.
