Ceramic Spoon Rest, Handmade Stoneware Ceramic Pottery
My simple, wheel-thrown spoon rests are 100% handmade and are functional ceramic pottery. Each has a lip for the spoon rest to lay flat.
Once the clay is bone dry, I fire to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 13 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 6-7 hours).
Each piece is 100% unique. Available pieces are listed. Unless otherwise noted, the photo shows the actual piece you will receive. The copper and the Tuscany are stock photos and extras in inventory.
In order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent, like Dawn.
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
The glaze is non-toxic and food safe.
Ceramics should be handled with care, as they can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
Bring some beautiful original artwork to your home or give as a unique housewarming gift!
