My handmade, hand-painted stoneware hummingbird pottery cups make beautiful and unique gifts. Each cup is 100% handmade and wheel-thrown. I hand painted with lead-free, non-toxic glaze. This large mug has a square rim, and has several layers of abstract hummingbird forms, and trumpet vine flowers in copper, turquoise blue, satin patina green, glossy black, and white.

Once the clay was bone dry, I fired to bisque in my small home studio kiln. Bisque firing takes about 8 hours. Once the bisque firing is complete, the final glaze is hand painted, allowed to dry, and then fired again in the final stage (another 8+ hours).
The photo shows the actual piece you will receive. Expect slight perfect-imperfections, as each piece is 100% made by hand.

In order to prolong the durability, I recommend hand washing with mild detergent, like Dawn.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
The glaze is lead-free, non-toxic and food safe.
No boiling water, as thermal shock could occur.
Ceramics should be handled with care, as they can break, chip, or crack if dropped.
